The staff was amazingly nice, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. This accommodation was in the very central location on the left hand carriageway after exciting the roundabout.

Excellent service, reasonably priced and brand-new room complete with shower. Outstanding fruit juices and cereal in the morning.

We would recomand this hotel, spent here good 2 nights. The food for breakfast, especially fruit juices and cereal, was gorgeous. Ideal and comfortable location on the outskirts of Middlesbrough, met requirements.

We appreciated this place, it's excellent value and good standard. The units are decent sized and newly decorated where the heating was functioning. The staff are very welcoming and the breakfast is great. The location of the hotel in Middlesbrough is perfect and magnificent, close enough to the pub, the beer garden to the front of the pub and the roundabout. They have soft beverages in the main bar. The units were reasonably priced and brand-new where the heating was functioning. I have to mention the great breakfast with toast and fresh tea, for instance. The place provides reasonable prices, had a fairly nice stay during the night during my last stay.

The stay here was such great during the night during my last stay. The rooms were cheap and mine was new-fashioned with a double bed, storage of suitcase and the heating.

Perfect fairly clean property, it has great and approaching staff on reception desk. The location is marvellous and unbeatable as it's close to the adjoining pub, Harrogate, and the restaurant. Besides, the hotel is located 3 km away from Fairy Dell Park.

The location was perfect and comfortable - next to a lovely well set out beer garden with tables and shelters well spaced out, the restaurant and Easy to get to. Fruit juices and cereal looked good.

The showers in some of the rooms don't work well. However, overall, this hotel provides a satisfactory experience.
